No, we do not provide COD service.
For Self collection, you may pick up at our branches or HQ based in Kuala Krai.
2. What is the shipping cost within Malaysia?
Peninsular Malaysia: flat rate RM10
East Malaysia: min RM15 (Pricing varies on weight of order)
We offer FREE DELIVERY to Peninsular Malaysia for all orders above RM250.
3. Who is the shipping partner?
Our primary shipping partner is J&T Express. Strategy Source reserves the right to use any other suitable courier company depending on delivery location and order.
4. When will I receive a confirmation for my order?
Your order confirmation will be emailed after placing a successful order, be sure to check your spam if it is not in your inbox within an hour after placing your order.
5. When will I receive my order? How do I track my order?
Normally, it takes between 4 to 7 business days for your order to reach you. This is subject to delivery timelines as set by courier partners. It could take anywhere between 4 to 7 business days for your order to reach you. You will receive a Shipping Notification in the same email you had used when placing your order. Please check the spam / junk folder as well if you can’t find the notification.

6. Does Strategy Source deliver to restricted zones and PO boxes?
We are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as camps, ports and airports.

12. Are there any additional cost for re-delivery?
Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.
All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if it being unattended in post office after 5 working days.
